Gee I can’t believe I haven’t posted in 2 yrs…

My studio is still churning out quilts as time allows. Here are a few of my finishes…

2020 Wrap up...

 Well it was a poopy year if I must say !

Much accomplished in my new studio, quilting , organizing, putting up cabinets for fabric storage. Not much done on the yard and landscaping as yet. Hubby and daughter with her family did haul and put down 

yards and yards of sod , what a difference it made and looks so wonderful. Hopefully 2021 will be the year to get some landscaping done.

Our hardware store is still for sale ..... sigh . So that means I have been working there due to no hired help and apparently none to be found , doesn’t anyone work anymore ? 

I work into my schedule as much sewing time as possible , with the studio organized it is much easier to stay on task.

We found out in November that our daughter who was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma 10yrs ago now has another form of cancer. She is really struggling mentally with the reality of a life with cancer...her prognosis is good so far but any and all prayers are excepted with thanks.

Yep I joined the many that are making face masks for our communities.
These masks are from MSQ, pattern by Jennie Doan . Finished these and barely had enough elastic cord left ..... now out of stock everywhere...sigh.

Whats next..

Quick quilt kit from Blue Print, twin version. Yummy fabric colors from Boundless Sonet Bleu ...stay tuned !
